Cancellation Policy

At V&J BERI Cleaning Service Inc., we value your time and appreciate your business. To help us provide reliable service to all of our customers, please review our cancellation policy.
1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning at no charge.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Same-Day Cancellation
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. No-Show
If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property or no one is available as arranged, it will be considered a no-show. A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service may apply.
5. Arrival Window
While we do our best to arrive on time, traffic, weather, or previous appointments may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Rescheduling
We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment based on availability. We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to address any concerns.
