Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are estimated ranges. Your final price depends on square footage, condition of the space, frequency, and any add-on services. We confirm the final price before work begins. Additional time or scope requested on site may be billed separately.

Scheduling and arrival windows

We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs can shift arrival; we will contact you if we are running late.

Access to your property

• You are responsible for providing access (key, code, lockbox, or being present).
• If our team cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the arrival window, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
• Please secure pets and valuables before we arrive.

Condition of the space

Excessive clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, mold remediation, and hoarding conditions are outside our standard scope. We may decline or re-quote such jobs.

Payment

Payment is due at completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Recurring plans are billed per visit. Returned or declined payments may incur a fee.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. Re-cleans are our standard remedy.

Liability

We are insured and bonded. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service so we can investigate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items that are unstable or improperly mounted, or damage to surfaces that were not disclosed as requiring special care.

Non-solicitation of staff

Please do not hire our team members directly for private work while they are employed with us or within 12 months after.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
